About
A steady place for lead pastors to think clearly.
Our mission is to support lead pastors as they strengthen their leadership, clarify their next steps, and serve their congregations with care.
How we work
Attentive listening
The conversation starts with what the pastor brings.
Practical follow-through
Goals, actions and planned reviews, not just talk.
Clear agreements
Purpose, scope and sharing are settled first.
